In just a few hours, anyone can learn to embrace industry trends, best practices, and strategies for building, managing, and using a customer database.

There will also be opportunities to network with like-minded professionals and gain valuable insights from expert speakers.

It will take place May 3 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Bolton Central Library, Crompton Place.

To participate in this workshop, entrepreneurs or businesses need a postal code in the following GM offices: Bolton, Bury, Oldham, Manchester, Salford, Stockport, Tameside or Trafford.

Those interested should also be the owner of a business less than a year old or an aspiring entrepreneur with a business idea they want to grow.
