Aldi is looking for suppliers across the UK this year as part of its efforts to support British businesses.
This annotation covers all product categories, with search strings for food, beverage and other suppliers.
The local recruitment drive comes after Aldi pledged to spend an extra £3.5 billion a year on UK businesses by 2025.
Last year, the supermarket brand featured on a Channel 4 series, called Aldi’s Next Big Thing, which showed them discovering and offering new products from small, local businesses.
The second series will return to TV in 2024.

Julie Ashfield, purchasing executive at Aldi UK, said: “Working with UK partners is central to our business and three-quarters of our sales are from UK suppliers. We are incredibly proud of these partnerships and it has been great to see so many of our suppliers grow with us.
“Getting new partners and spending more with UK suppliers is leading to much-needed job creation while boosting UK manufacturing and agriculture. We look forward to bringing in even more suppliers throughout 2023.”
