High Court of Justice of England and Wales punishes restructuring plan
Luxembourg, 12 April 2023 – The High Court of Justice of England and Wales today approved a restructuring plan under Section 26A of the Companies Act 2006 by AGPS BondCo PLC, subsidiary 100 % of Adler Group SA
With the sanction, the key requirements to make amendments to the terms and conditions of the AGPS BondCo PLC notes are being met and the new funds will be provided by a group of bondholders.
Funding of new funds is subject to meeting further closing conditions.
