The opening day of the ICC World Test Championship final between India and Australia is likely to see sunny weather at the Kennington Oval in London on Wednesday.
“Overcast turns to sunshine late in the morning,” is the forecast according to UK Met Division.

In the first WTC final of 2021 between India and New Zealand taking place in Southampton, nearly three days of competition were washed away by persistent rain, forcing the match to move to Reserve Day.
However, no rain is expected this time around even if light rains are predicted on Saturday and Sunday – Days 4 and 5 – of the final. A reserve day will be for the final on Monday
The match also marked the first time the Oval Office held the June Tests since the first game in 1880.
