State weather agency PAGASA said Typhoon Dodong was maintaining strength over the West Philippine Sea.

According to PAGASA, Typhoon Dodong is located near San Mariano, Isabela with maximum sustained winds of 55 km/h and gusts of up to 70 km/h. Typhoon Dodong is moving west at a speed of 20 km/h.

All Wind Signals have been removed. However, an intensifying Southwest Monsoon can still bring gusty conditions in the following areas (especially in wind-exposed coastal and upland/mountain areas.
