Amy Childs has announced the sweet names she and boyfriend Billy Delbosq have chosen for their newborn twins. The former The Only Way Is Essex star gave birth to twins last week and took to social media to announce the good news to fans.
After keeping her followers waiting, the reality TV star announced she and her boyfriend Billy have named their twins Billy and Amelia, nicknamed Millie.
Taking to Instagram, she wrote to her 815,000 followers: “Billy River Delbosq [blue heart emoji] Amelia Mae Delbosq [pink heart emoji]. She added: “[blue heart emoji] Billy & Millie [pink heart emoji] – 06/04/23”.
The sweet video includes a series of photos and videos of the birth of the twins, including a snap of the babies lying down while Amy sweetly caressed her son Billy’s face, Mirror newspaper reported. Amy also posted the sweet moment as her twins held hands while lying next to each other while her celebrity friends and fans ran to congratulate the star.
Love Island’s Jessica Hayes added: “Congratulations darling, you’re so beautiful.” While Amy’s boyfriend, Billy, commented with a string of pink and blue heart emojis.
Courtney Green, a TOWIE alumnus, added: “The perfect names are sweet.”
This comes after Amy announced the arrival of the twins last week, when sources close to the star said she “went to the moon” after giving birth.
A close friend told Sun about the couple’s exciting news: “Amy has welcomed twin babies, a boy and a girl. She’s overjoyed, but exhausted after a long time of labor. Amy and Billy are overjoyed at the news. their new arrival.”
And, earlier this week, Amy shared the first snap of herself and Billy hugging their bundles of joy. She wrote a happy announcement: “Welcome to the world, our beautiful little twins. Born on June 23, 23 at 7:04 pm twins 1 twin 7:05 pm twins 2. Dad I love you so much..
“We’ve been completely in a baby bubble for the past few days.. Our family is finally done.. [smiling emoji] @billydelbosq8 the past few days you are amazing.. I love you so much.. “
