Hundreds of anti-ULEZ protesters took to London Bridge today (May 27), calling on Sadiq Khan to reduce the £12.50 per day eco fee.
Banners “Get Khan Out” and “Stop The Toxic Air Lie” were held high by the public as cars honked their horns as they passed.
The area expansion, designed to cut emissions in the capital, will affect Bexley, Bromley, Harrow and Hillingdon, all of whom have tried to avert it.
Many Londoners working in other areas say the new fee will hit them hardest due to the cost of living crisis.
