Netflix has released the first trailer for Yellownew biopic about Marilyn Monroe.

Featured Stars Ana de Armas (Pull out the knife; There’s no time to die) as a late desktop icon.

Directed by Andrew Dominik (The assassination of Jesse James by the coward Robert Ford), the film became the title of its adult content, with Yellow received an “NC-17” rating in the US.

The first clip provides a look at de Armas in character Some like it hot actor, as she was seen recreating one of Monroe’s most famous poses.

Adapted from the historical fantasy novel by Joyce Carol Oates, Yellow also stars Adrien Brody and Bobby Cannavale.

The film was originally scheduled to premiere in 2020, but was postponed due to the pandemic.

Earlier this year, Dominik discussed the project in an interview with The vulture.

“It was an exciting time for Yellow filmmaker said. “If it came out a few years ago, it will come out as soon as Me Too hits and it will be the embodiment of all of that.

“I think we’re in a moment right now where people are really uncertain about where any of the lines are. It’s a movie that certainly has morals about it. But it swims in very hazy waters because I don’t think it’s going to be cut and dried like people want to see.

“There’s something in there to offend everyone.”

Yellow premieres on Netflix on September 23, 2022.
