Corporate Traveller appoints head of customer experience

Corporate Traveler has promoted Jamal Madhloom as head of customer experience for the UK market.

The SME specialist said Madhloom, who has been with Corporate Traveler since 2015, will “take the lead in developing new initiatives” to support clients in his new role.

Madhloom began his career with TMC as regional sales manager before being promoted to regional executive and most recently to head of customer success.

UK General Manager Donna Joines said: “We are committed to providing the best customer service and Jamal truly represents this approach. His track record speaks for itself and I’m delighted to see how he applies his considerable expertise to this new role.”

Madhloom added that his priority is to “enhance the overall customer experience” through new programs, which will be developed in conjunction with TMC’s operations teams.
