Jon Hamm divulges reason Ben Affleck ‘was not very happy’ about starring in Gone Girl

Jon Hamm reveals why Ben Affleck is ‘unhappy’ with starring in Lost Girl.

In a recent interview, Hamm addressed rumors that he would star in David Fincher’s 2014 psychological thriller.

Adapted from the novel of the same name by Gillian Flynn, Lost Girl Affleck plays Nick Dunne, a man who comes under suspicion when his wife Amy (Rosamund Pike) disappears.

It has long been rumored that Hamm intends to play the role of Affleck, with Crazy man the star confirmed this in a recent appearance on See what happens live.

Hamm, 52, revealed: “Yes, I got to the bottom of that. However, he is unable to act in David Fincher’s films as he is still committed to the TV series. Crazy manit was in the sixth season when Hamm was needed for Lost Girl.

He starred in the film alongside Pike, Tyler Perry, Carrie Coon, Kim Dickens and Emily Ratajkowski.
