Leeds weather turns wet today as days of rain begins

The forecast is for a wet day in Leeds.

For most of Yorkshire, The Met Office said: “Clouds continue to thicken and lower from the west.




“An early and slow downpour lingers across the region, most of which should clear by evening. Feeling wet. Maximum temperature 19 degrees Celsius.”

In Leeds, we can expect a combination of cloudy skies and rainy weather throughout the day, with light rain predicted for much of the day. The temperature peaked at 19 degrees Celsius and dropped to 17 degrees Celsius.

The outlook from Wednesday to Friday across Yorkshire, will herald the first patchy rains on Wednesday, before a prolonged spell of heavier rain follows. A drier day on Thursday with lots of sunshine. More showers on Friday.
