Paul O’Grady’s husband has announced another sad news just weeks after the TV star’s death
Andre Portasio and Paul have been together for 17 years and share their farmhouse in Kent with many rescued animals. Sadly, Andre announced that the couple’s pet goats, Maleficent and Beebo, sadly died the same day.
Posting a picture of Paul on Instagram with his beloved goats, Andre wrote: “The bad news kept coming… a very sad day at our house.
“@paulogrady goat Maleficent and Beebo both passed away today.”
The death of Paul’s pet goats comes two months after he died of a heart attack at the age of 67.
His celebrity friends and fans flocked to the comments to offer condolences to Andre.
Former Chattyman host Alan Carr wrote: “Oops – so bad x.”
Britain’s Got Talent judge, Amanda Holden, commented with a crying emoji.
And TV presenter Melanie Sykes said, “Sending lots of love xxxx.”
Fans also sent their love after the sad news, with one person writing: “Really sad, miss Paul x.”

The sad news comes weeks after Paul passed away ‘suddenly but peacefully’ on March 28.
Fans are heartbroken by the sudden news of Paul’s passing, announced midway through his tour of the musical Annie in the UK and just days after he signed. new partnership with Boom Radio.
Andre wrote at the time: “I am deeply saddened to inform you that Paul passed away unexpectedly but peacefully last night.”
“At this difficult time, we ask that while you celebrate his life, you also respect our privacy as we accept this loss.
“Lovers, friends, family, animals and all who loved his humour, wit and compassion will miss him immensely.
“I know he wants me to thank you for all the love you’ve given him over the years.”
