A search has begun for a missing man from Johnstone, who was scheduled to arrive in Glasgow almost a week ago but has not been seen since.
Harry Roberts’ family said it was “unusual” to have no contact with the 27-year-old.
He was last seen at around 7am on North Road, Johnstone on Friday, May 13. He was reported missing to police today (Thursday).
Harry is described as Caucasian, 5 ft 5 in height, slim build and wearing a navy blue tracksuit, black Nike bottoms and sneakers.
Constable Colin McDonald, Johnstone Police Department, said: “When leaving North Road last Friday morning, Harry said he was walking into Glasgow City Centre, however we do not know if he was actually arrival or not.
“He has had no contact with family or friends since then, which is really unusual hence his family and our concern.
“If you have any information on Harry’s whereabouts, or have any information that may help officers track him down, please call the Johnstone police department on 101 quoting reference number 0161 of Thursday, May 19, 2022.
“We also urge Harry to contact his family or police to let everyone know he is safe and well.”
