Tony Bennett, the famous stylist by American music standards and the last great saloon singer, has died at the age of 96.

Publisher Sylvia Weiner confirmed Bennett’s death to the Associated Press, saying he died in his hometown of New York.

There is no specific cause, but Bennett was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease in 2016.
