Tom Holland says part of him wants to walk away from Spider-Man franchise

Tom Holland has revealed that a part of him wants to leave the Spider-Man series.

The 27-year-old actor has appeared as Peter Parker, aka Spider-Man, in a number of films throughout the series, including his own trilogy: Spider-Man: Back home (2017), Spider-Man: Far From Home (2019) and Spider-Man: No Way Home.

Holland believes that “there is a bit of a stigma about the fourth installment in all of the series”.

“I feel like we’ve had great success with our first series and there’s a part of me that wants to hold my head up high and empower the next lucky kid to be able to bring this character to life. .”
