At least nine people have died in Uttarakhand due to floods and landslides in the state. An orange warning has been issued across 13 counties today and dense clouds have appeared in Uttarkashi, Haridwar, Pithoragarh, Rudraprayag and Nainital. However, the sun was already illuminating the districts of Dehradun, Kotdwar, Pauri and Tehri.
